If i have, let´s say 10g of sugar or other hi gi carbs, it will have the same insulin spike if i have 100 g of the same sugar? I mind, the damage is the same?

nope more is worse.
You say it´s worse because theres more carbs to become fat, or it´s worse because it produces more insulin?
Thanks for the reply man!!
the spike is usually to a greater magnitued and a longer duration dependent upon the foods that are consumed in conjunction w/ the sugars/simple carbs.
also if high amounts of sat fats are consumed w/ sugar the spike is magnified BIG TIME ... very very bad
