im not saying it wont work.. but its definetely not opt...
why iso pro is much more effective do to its speedy absorbtion rate and blend of amino's and dextrose is by far the best bet for a glucose source.
So, in your opinion, what would the optimal ratio be?
2:1 carb/pro.
maybe 3;1 if its like sucrose or something not as effective as glucose.. but i would never jump up to 4:1... thats like 220+ grams of sugar for me ...
