2 cans is ample wouldnt go past it
you can take in reduced sodium tuna taste like death..
if your sodium increase goes up which is inevitbale w/ an increased calorie diet... just drink a liter or 2 more water per day...
I've been seeing people emphasize "too much sodium" alot lately.
Cardio, as much water as you can drink (1.5-2 gallons) and a sensible diet will keep the bloat off. Don't worry too much about sodium.
I just keep it in mind not to have too much.

I don't generally woory about sodium either, unless I wanna look super cut for the beach or something. At that point I cut the sodium down to minimal levels for a couple days. The effects of sodium are very short term
ive never really worried about sodium, of course i dont use salt in excess, but im thinking about trying it. how drastic are the changes if your diet is in check (just maintaining right now) and you decide to go on a low sodium diet for a couple days?
