hey bros.
What would happen if i only ate one thing, i mean ppl eat like 5 times/day and different stuff each meal, what would happen if say i only ate tuna fish 5 times/day (the kind with water, not oil). If this would be a bad idea then what kind of food could i eat 5 times/day or do you have to eat different stuff or something..hm hm hm...
