stickies above answer all questions on the genre..
There are stickies to help ya out, but I would eat every 3 hours to bulk and at least every 4 hours when cutting... Everyone's different though.
Good carb sources for bulking
oatmeal
rice
beans
whole wheat pasta
dextrose(only in PWO shake)
yams
potatoes
just to name a few....

Peanuts, Rice Cakes, Protien bar maybe...

2 scoops of whey protien

WORKOUT

2 scoops of whey protien
maybe weight gainer

u need to do alot of reading... read as much as u can people arn't goin to tell u wat to do and when to do it until u atleast have some knowledge of the lifting world.. READ and do REASEARCH.
That diet def needs some improvement....
then what needs to be improved...dont go saying it needs improved without an answer.
bro, like they said every BODY is different. what works for some may not work for others. i think that 5'10 to 6'1 should be around 2700 to 3000 calories for bulk. but then again someone may answer this back saying its bull crap. do the basics. eat clean foods let your body adjust and then tweek where needed......RESEARCH is very important. results wont happen for a little while.. good luck
