protein question
i have recently heard by someone who worked at the local gym that protein bars are not good for you because there is too much fat in them...its white chocolate flavroed, with 30g protein, 32g carbs, 330 calories, 9 g of fat. the brand is detour. is this true that they are not good for you? i am looking to lose fat weight. i am thinking about taking ephedra with some winstrol also, it would be be first cycle. im not sure exactly what dosages i would be taking yet...but tahts besides the point...any input would be appreciated...thanks

Your buddy is right. If it's all you can get, or you're in a situation where you just can't make a shake, then it's better than nothing. If your goal is to lose fat, these shouldn't be a part of your diet.

Not only do they have fat and carbs in them, they are made with low quality protein.

May as well eat a candy bar.
To diet correctly, you need cardio/diet/exercise/continuity.
Definitely RESEARCH a lot before you "take" winny and anything else.
Winny by itself if pointless actually.
