i would have about 2 patties...i make them myself...
is it better to fry them with pam on a pan...OR broil...im assuming broil...but is there a huge difference if i use pam on the pan?

I use lean ground beef all the time when cutting, it's actually a staple of mine along with steak!

also i was talking to some other ppl and they say that it is not BAD, but it isnt the best choice...i personally am getting sick of chicken breats for 2 meals a day...lol
and tuna...well i cant even look at tuna anymore
Foreman is good, yes, or pan fried if it's 4% fat as I use it as part of a fat/pro meal and need the fat. The fat isn't bad for you when you don't stimulate insulin in that same meal, and if you ingest healthy fats as well in your dietary approach. Most "people" don't' understand this.

ill go grab myself a forman. ya i use lean ground beef so i dont know what the deal is with that. and extra lean beef tastes like a$$ to me.
ya i usually just have it as pro/fat...after about an hour after my shake.
