Empty stomach is not an option since the gym I'm currently going to works from 17:00 till 22:00 (DON'T EVEN ASK).
When should I do my cardio (for fat loss) and when should I weight train?
It would be easiest if I could do it b4 or after my weight training, but I doubt that would be beneficial in terms of fat loss.
I was thinking ; get up, have like 3 pro/fat meals, last one at 15:00, take the ECA and do the cardio at 17:00 for like half an hour, go back home, have another pro/fat meal, come back to the gym at 20:00 or 21:00, then have my PWO and PPWO and go to bed.
Would this cardio work for fat loss, or would I just be wasting my time?
