Meal one isopure drink
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal two isopure with dextrose and maltodextrin PWO
Meal three 6 oz chicken
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal four 6 oz chicken veggies
Meal 5 Isopure 1 tbls flax
Meal 6 8oz lean red meat veggies
Meal 7 protien shake 1 tblsp flax
I take multi vit, bcaa with each meal and glut before I train after I train and before bed.
