Isolate is meant strickly for PWO as it is absorbed very quickly into your body. Protein blends can be consumed any other time throughout the day.
Personally i think it doesn't really matter. Whey concentrate and isolate blend work well for me. The cost is cheaper too.Originally Posted by BuffAndTuff307
