sorry if this would be considered a training q., but...
i was wondering if (when cutting, obviously) when you take an ephedra pill in the AM before your cardio, you should do it on an empty stomach. I know a lot of people swear by the empty stomach thing, but does catabolism become more of an issue when taking ephedra?
