Quick question: What's your opinion on Lawrys marinades for chicken? They have a ton of them, and the nutritional facts don't seem that bad. Most of them have the following:
0g Fat
10 calories
390 mg sodium (not great, but a lot of people use soy sauce w/chicken which is a ton more)
2 g carbs
1 g sugar
0g protein
I know salsa is better for a number of reasons, but is it bad to use these marinades? Comments? Suggestions?![]()
