Sup people I just wanted some information on losing some weight and getting stronger. I have heard that you can only do one either lose the weight or make muscle but not sure if it's true I would really like to just lose some weight and be lean and muscular. I am 17 going on 18 in September as of right now I weigh 237 and am 5'9 I would like to be able to get down to at least 210 or 215. I think my body fat is 24 or 34 % dont remember. The only supplements I would consider taking are protein and creatine, thinking about NO-Explode . Can some body help me make a diet plan or give me some links with this info so that I can start taking some supplements.
