cutting is going well, im @ 200lbs from 225 in 2 months. my goal is 175-180, that would put me around 5% bf. i think im 10% now. i have abbs for the first time in my life!!! now i have to cut all the fat jokes out!
well here it is
wake up
30-45 min of abbs
morning cardio 50 min on the revolving stair machine
meal 1 10 eggwhites 1 cup oat meal, (just tossed all my instant crap and got the real stuff)
meal 2 8 oz chicken breast side of steamed veggies, usualy broccoli and caul***ower
meal 3 same as #2
go back to the gym for training
protien shake after training with just 40g whey protien (suggested by Mr. Sarcev)
another 30 min light cardio on elyptical.
45 min after meal 4 same as meal #2 plus 1 cup rice
meal 5 same as #2
meal 6 12 eggwhites
usualy a whey shake 50 g protien before bed
how does this look, i think it is around 350 pro 100 carbs not sure on fat.
every sunday i carb up with 400 g carbs, all clean with the exception of 1 cheat meal. usualy CPK thincrust BBQ chckn pizza and baja rolls.
so what do you bros think.
is there anything i can add to the oatmeal that will give it some sweetness but not too many cals, i was thinking equal or a small drop of hunny?
