well this is starting to worry me a bit i eat alot of fiber artichokes,green beans , brown rice , oatmeal , but i dont sheit cept maybe once or twice the whole 6 days im eating clean!!!!! but on my cheat day/meal i shit maybe 2 times a day then we're back to no shitting now wtf is up with that???![]()
