2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, 1/2 mixed Veggies
Meal 5:
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 2:1 RATIO DEX:WHEY
Meal 6:
8 oz Chicken Breast, ½ cup WHITE Rice
Meal 7:
protein shake , 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8: Before Bed
5 hard boiled eggs, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter 2 MUCH FAT MAYBE??
