whats up bros I just got a new job and have to be working a 9-5 job everyday for the first time (i used to work nights) so anyway i have to come up with a new schedule what im thinking is something like this:
6am 2.5ius gh, 100mg prop, 50 mg winstrol, 30 mg tbol, 45 minutes of cardio, 5gs glutamine
6:45 protein shake?
7:30 oatmeal and egg whites
11 40g RTD protien shake
2 2 chicken breast, 2.5ius gh 50mg winstrol, 30mg tbol
5 2 chicken breast or steak
sleep
9 protien shake
workout
PWO shake wit dextrose
11:30 can of tuna
sleep
what do u guys think of this schedule?
