Critique my Diet!!
Aight im not gaining any weight on this diet and i am taking a cycle right now of Test E with 2 shoots a week. My diet is as followed
7:30 a.m 8 egg whites
9:00 A.m. 2 packets of oatmeal
10:45 Turkey sandwich
12:30 p.m. Chicken with beans or brown rice
2:30 p.m. 1 can of tuna fish
5 p.m. after workout shake
7 p.m. Steak or chicken with beans or brown rice
9 p.m. Protein shake
im tryin to gain more weight cause i will be on the tenth week i will combine winny tabs and the test E so i will be cutting.

What are your stats bro so we can help abit more? You may want to look at the stickys as the diet is not ideal.

I am 6'5 242 about 12% bf. I am looking to get up to 255 to 260 cause i am goin to be cutting with the winny tabs.

bro, you have meals that are just protein and others that are just carbs. try to make your meals either protein/fat pro/carb meals.
Not enough fat and not enough veggies. Lose the turkey sandwich also.

You are horribly undereating. I thought when you were about to mention stats, you would say something like 5'5" tall 160lbs lol
Hell, I am surprised you are not LOSING weight at your size. Thank your "supplement nutrition" there. All fixable though bro.....just get to fixing it now :7up:

What would be some good carbs to eat with my meals. I already eat beans and rice i thought those were high in carbs.
