In-N-Out Protein Style Cheeseburgers
Ok it's my non-training day and I had my fill of carbs for the day and about to eat a pro/fat meal. Would it be bad to have one of those Protein Style In-N-Out cheeseburgers w/mustard subbing for thousand islands (for those that know)?
Or is this a cheat meal only?

I used to do that all the time! A double though, w/cheese, and a diet coke.
I used it as a fat/pro meal. A bit higher than my normal fat requirements, but it didn't hurt me.

W/out the bun, and getting a single w/mustard, that's really not going to hurt you at all, no. Cheese is up to you, you know how good that shit is!

Whether it's a cheat meal or not, it isn't going to ruin you. Let's assume you are eating 6 meals a day (not counting PWO drink), 7 days a week. That means you are getting 42 meals a week. I am pretty sure if 1 or 2 of those meals is an In-N-Out Burger, it isn't going to ruin your gains. You would still have 40 top notch meals, 1 or 2 crappy ones aren't going to kill you. The thing is just not taking it too far and starting to make fast food all your pf meals.
