I have usually been training after my 3rd meal, but my scehdule has changed and i am now gonna be forced to do it after breakfast. For starters i sually have 8 egg whites with cheese and onions, and a bowl of 90 grams of oatmeal it usually is my worst meal of the day cause i feal ill burn i off since its first and i have a fast metabolism. does anyone have and ideal breakfast for prior to training. Thanks
