Sup guys im keeping it clean trying to keep the abs out and shredded i no its a debadeted issue about takeing fats and carbs togather.
Meal.: 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats 1 tbls flaxoil
But considering oatmeal is a low GI carb and flax is all Poly and Mono fats dont you think it would be ok considering this meal will be my first..I know some guys that eat this exact same meal for breakast and there ripped right now my Bf is under 10% prolly somewere around 6-8 i havnt been penched just eyeballed by trainers and competion guys so what do ya think
