silver spoon is just another fancy name for table sugar rite?
m&ms have dex in em , honey even if u run outta dex for a week its not gonna kill ya......... i think gatorade or those carb drinks r full of dex......
Yeah, if abused, the powdered gatorade mix is good stuff.
Table sugar is not a good choice for glycogen replinishment, no.
Honey is superior.

if i remember rite , sugar gives a higher insulin spike when deliverd thru water so i think the same applies to honey even tho its kinda liquidy already.....read the nutrition facts and apply same rule

2 dextrose..I reason I put this second to glucose is that it is required by the body to be broken down before use glucose is not..
