well from what my diet used to be this is a major improvement..its a cutting diet but i need to know what you guys think..im still probably taking in to many carbs but just let me know..i based it kinda on the cutting diet post..so here it is
meal 1:4 eggs,4 bacon, oatmeal,protein shake
IS THIS EGG WHITES OR WHOLE EGGS??
meal 2:1 serving of skinless boneless chicken w/flax
meal 3:Can of Tuna w/ Shake
Workout
meal 4: pwo (consists of shake, and dinnner of whatever my mom makes which never goes over twice as much carbs as protein as i take in so never over 90g of carbs)
meal 5:Tuna
SHOULD ADD SOME MORE PROTIEN AND FLAX
meal 6: shake
I'D ADD SOME EGG WHITES WITH THAT
sometimes meal 5 and 6 get combined so i only eat 5 meals a day..sometimes its spread out like it is..let me know what u guys think..
