what up guys this look alright for my cardio days
9am-10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
12-cardio,20min abb workout
PWO-whey, mixed with Low Sugar oats 1/2 cup
Is it alright to do this with my carbs....( trying to keep body fat low) Ps this is also the only time i take carbs down on cardio days i try to cycle
