Hey guys im in need of a higher carb intake but cant handle lots of food too well so im having to force feed myself.. just wanna know if i have:
protein shake (2 scoops)
2 bananas
I do this as its easy to eat and doesnt fill me up too much, but will this be ok for before my training as it contains (roughly): pro:50g and carb:56g ?
seems like a good meal but i believe that bananas are high GI carbs although as its before a work out does this make a difference? seems like it should be good to get a boost of energy and im also bulking so simple carbs dont bother me too much.
