Hey, these tortilla's almost seem to good to be true.... are one of these really ok to eat with a pro/fat meal, since 8 out of the 11 carbs are dietary fiber?
and would they cause you to hold water? 11 carbs , 2 fats 50 cals per tortilla

noone has ever had these things?! from La tortilla factory i might stop eating them, somthing dont feel right about them for cutting.
Low carb tortilla's are perfectly fine for a pro carb meal....the one you descibed had only 3 net carbs (carbs-fiber). Which would have no effect on blood sugar levels. Eat Away!

i eat those too.
I usually make like an egg burrito out of them with a tad of salsa.

Not that great for Pro/Carb unless you are using the wrap for protein, I think they have about 12-15g of protein in them but only 3 net carbs.
They could be used in a pro/carb meal, they just won't be the carb source. How bout chicken and rice wrapped in the tortilla?Originally Posted by Giantz11
