the best thing is that now I can get 300+ grams of protein a day but total food cost each day wont exced 6 bucks

How much is 1 kg chicken breast (boneless, skinless) there?

a bit over 7$/kg same with ground beef(10%fat). the 22% fat ground beef is alot cheaper but damn its fatty. Pork chops with bones are also around 7$/kg.
