A few days ago I tried Whey and frozen strawberries pre workout instead of whey and EFA. Feel a little stronger, probably mental but how much an effect will this have on the overall scheme. The other 3 P/F meals have Flax and fish oil and sometimes a tbs. of natty at night. I like to get meal 3 with the oats in me a full 4 hours before liftoff becasue they make me a little drowsy.
