What's up guys. I just started working out at 6:30am because I'm double shifting at work now and there is no way I can work out after two jobs. Anyway, this week I would wake up at 6, eat 2 bowls of oatmeal and a 2-scoop protein shake and workout. I'm not sure if my body has time to digest this for use though. Would it be a good idea to have a shake or something at 5, and then fall back asleep until 6?
