Protein shake, 2 flax seed pills
STICK TO FLAX OIL, YOU'D HAVE TO TAKE TOO MANY PILLS OTHERWISE
Meal 3:2:00 pm
Tuna Salad (chunky light tuna, fat free mayo), glutamine pill
GOOD
Workout
Meal 4: (right after workout)
Protein Shake
PWO NEEDS TO BE DEX/PRO, 2:1 RATIO, SOMETHING LIKE 80G DEX
WITH 40 G PROTEIN
Meal 5: 7:00 pm
Caesar salad (fat free caesar dressing), Turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice
GOOD
Meal 6:9 pm
Protein Shake with Flax Seed Pill (should i take that at 9pm?)

I usually goto bed around 12. So please critique the timings if u need to.
