    Evening meals

My PWO shake is around 7pm within 20 minutes of training. Often, I am too bloated from this PWO shake to eat dinner before 830 or 9pm. This is an issue as I would prefer to eat dinner earlier. Does anybody else have this problem with "after work" workouts? What is recommended?

Well eating dinner at 8:30 would be ideal beacuse it would make your PPWO an hour and a half after your PWO.

Feeling bloated and full after dex/prot is normal....so don't stress, no need to eat b4 8:30

Always....I usually eat my dinner around the same time....no worries, if you worked out you need to and 1.5 to 2 hours isn't a big deal at all.

Hum the bloat might be because of lactose intolerance. Give a nice high quality whey isolate a try that is lactose free.

I was really having trouble with the XXL Extreme drink by ABB. Has 1090 calories, consisting of 220 g carbs (of which only 53 g sugar) and 50 g whey protein isolate. But this "power and recovery formula" gave me such a full feeling in my stomach afterwards that I couldn't eat dinner till 11pm at night, 4 hours later. Now at least i'm having a normal PWO shake around 7pm or so and dinner around 830pm. Planning on a dinner date on training days before 830pm is not easy let me tell you.
