Meal #3 of 8 is impossible for me to eat every day. It doesn't matter what I eat, I just can't get it down and usually only get halfway through. I don't have a problem with the other 7.

Yeah I'm bulking; meal #3 is pro/carb but it doesn't matter what I eat, I've tried everything and nothing works.
Meal #2 is 1 cup yogurt, 4 egg whites, 22g whey, maybe it has something to do with that?
Post all your meals and we can go from there...
7:30: 1 cup oats 2 scoops NLarge2
10:30: 1 cup yogurt, 4 egg whites, 22g whey, 1 tblsp flax
1:00: pro/carb meal from my cafeteria at the office.
3:00 2 scoops NLarge2, side salad with ~2 eggs in it
5:30: Spaghetti with ground beef
Workout
7:30: 44g whey, 80g dextrose
9:30: 1 can tuna on whole wheat w/mayo
11:30: Different meal each day w/ 1 tblsp flax
Now I know the diet isn't perfect but it has been working very well for me so I dont feel a need to make changes that will help my gains slightly but make my day much worse because I have to eat crap that I don't like. Anyway, any idea why I can't eat meal #3?
Try drinking the meal instead
