Alright i'm a big monster freak now at 240 14 percent bodyfat. I just wanna get shredded now so I threw together a cutting routine i think will work.
Wake up - Cardio/ bike ride 45 minutes
meal 1. Oatmeal w/ apple sauce and walnuts. Protein shake wait 45 minutes after cardio to do pro/carb meal, and do not have apple sauce and walnuts, have oatmeal and 12 egg whites, maybe more egg whites at your size
Meal 2. 2 chicken breasts i like the chicken breast, but you need either a low GI carb, or an EFA, go with either brown rice or flax seed oil
Meal 3. Protein shake lets hope your protein shake is mixed with some kind of carb or fat, you always need protein/carb or protein/fat meal, always
Meal 4. Natural peanut butter sandwich carb/fat meal just doesnt work, i would actually prefer you to do a carb meal since you will be working out an hour later, try whole wheat sandwhich with tuna, thats the shit!
Gym time!!! 1 hour later
Meal 5 pwo meal. Protein shake w/ 2-4 tbsp natural peanut butter. worst post workout shake ever, you want 80g dextrose (go to proteinfactory.com) and 40-50g whey protein here
Meal 6 PPWO Brown Rice 12 egg whites
Meal 7, cassein protein with flax, then bed
Sleep and repeat.
So guys does this look good? Do you think it will get me down there to the single digits of bodyfat? I really hate riding my exercise bike though it gets boring as hell but i hate doing cardio on a empty stomach running its almost impossible for me. Any suggestions for simple and effective cardio at home? thanks
