Sound diet?
Alright i'm a big monster freak now at 240 14 percent bodyfat. I just wanna get shredded now so I threw together a cutting routine i think will work.
Wake up - Cardio/ bike ride 45 minutes
meal 1. Oatmeal w/ apple sauce and walnuts. Protein shake
Meal 2. 2 chicken breasts
Meal 3. Protein shake
Meal 4. Natural peanut butter sandwich
Gym time!!! 1 hour later
Meal 5 pwo meal. Protein shake w/ 2-4 tbsp natural peanut butter.
Sleep and repeat.
So guys does this look good? Do you think it will get me down there to the single digits of bodyfat? I really hate riding my exercise bike though it gets boring as hell but i hate doing cardio on a empty stomach running its almost impossible for me. Any suggestions for simple and effective cardio at home? thanks

Secondly, you want to have protein higher than normal when you cut so you can keep it all. 480g of protein is the max you want to go a day. Now, if you have juiced before i would suggest taking something to help you keep that muscle, but if not cool, it will just take a little longer. Shoot for lowering your caloric needs 500-800 k/cals per day, this will be around 1 pound per week.
Remember to review the cutty sticky, always have pro/carb or pro/fat meal. If you need a list of all the good foods i can help you.

well youre trying to cut, here is my advice
CAPS!
Wake up - Cardio/ bike ride 45 minutes
meal 1. Oatmeal w/ apple sauce and walnuts. Protein shake. FOLLOWING YOUR CARDIO YOU SHOULD HAVE A PRO/FAT MEAL. MAKE THIS 12 EGGWHITES, 1/2 CUP OF BROCCOLI, AND SOME FLAX SEED OIL.
Meal 2. 2 chicken breasts
NEVER HAVE PROTEIN BY ITSELF, EITHER WITH A FAT OR A CARB, SINCE YOU ARE CUTTING MAKE THIS A FAT, HAVE THE CHICKEN BREAST WITH 1/2 CUP OF BROCCOLI AND SOME FLAX SEED OIL.
Meal 3. Protein shake
AGAIN, NEVER CONSUME A PROTEIN ON ITS OWN. MAKE THIS A PRO/FAT MEAL.
CHICKEN BREAST, BROCCOLI, AND OIL AGAIN,
Meal 4. Natural peanut butter sandwich
THIS IS YOUR PRE WORKOUT MEAL, HAVE A PROTEIN SHAKE WITH FLAX SEED OIL
Gym time!!! 1 hour later
Meal 5 pwo meal. Protein shake w/ 2-4 tbsp natural peanut butter.
PWO MEAL SHOULD BE A PRO/CARB MEAL 2:1 RATIO, HAVE A 40GPROTEIN SHAKE WITH 80G OF DEXTROSE
MEAL 6 IS YOUR POST POST WORKOUT MEAL
MAKE THIS A PRO/CARB MEAL. CHICKEN BREAST, BROWN RICE, BROCCOLI
MEAL 7 IS YOUR PRE-BED MEAL MAKE THIS A PROTEIN SHAKE WITH FLAX SEED OIL.
Sleep and repeat.
There you go "monster" a real cutting diet,

His initial diet is horrid, although YOU bumped it two weeks after the last post was made in the thread, so I really don't think he gives a sh*t anymore.
