I'm 5'8, 165lb about 8% bodyfat
Please critique my bulking diet!
Meal one:
right when I wake up whey protein shake 20g of protein
6 egg whites- 38g of protein
100g of oatmeal with a cup of milk- 14g of pro, 74g of carbs
2 tablespoons of peanut butter- 10g of pro, 14g of carbs, and 15g of fat
meal 2:
egg protein shake-25g of pro
2 wheat bread- 10g of pro, 20g of carbs
1 banana- 28g of carbs
meal 3:
Tuna- 38g of protein, 3g of fat
1/2 of brown rice- 10g of protein, 70g of carbs
plain salad
tablespoon of flaxseed- 14g of fat
meal 4: preworkout
1 cup of nonfat cottage chesse- 30g of pro, 7g of carbs
meal 5- postworkout protein and dex shake- 42g of pro, 75g of carbs
meal 6-
steak or chicken- 90g of protein, 10g fats
6oz of whole wheat pasta- 21g of pro, 120g of carbs
1 table spoon of olive oil-15g of fat
meal 7
casein shake with milk- 60g of pro, 14g of carbs
2 table spoons of flaxseed- 30g of fat
totals: protein about 370g, carbs about 425carbs, fats about 90g, total calories:3900-4000 everday, with very little to no cheat meals during the whole cycle.
