    I have heard that they do. I do know that they tend to thicken my skin, I stay away from dairy 20 weeks prior to a contest. This is just me, I do know guys and gals that use it up to three weeks out and thier skin stays thin, maybe it is like everything else your either gentically predisposed or your not.........
