6", 228 lbs, 24 years, current cycle Test E 750 mg/week, Deca 500 mg/week
9:00 am 8 raw egg whites, 1 cup oats, 40 g whey
12:00 foot long subway roasted chicken on wheat (55 g protein, 60 g carbs.)
2:30 8 raw egg whites, 40 g whey, 2 tbs peanut butter
5:00 1 can of tuna, 1 tbs peanut butter, 2 slice wheat bread
7:00 1 cup oats, 25 g whey (pre-workout)
10:00 5 raw egg whites, 80 g dextrose, 40 g whey
12:00 6 oz chicken or steak, boiled potatoes or wheat bread.

approx. 3000 cals, 400 g protein, 200 g carbs, 75 fats

can anybody give an opinion please
