300g = useless figure. why? cause it all depends on who you are, what you do, what you want to do, how much you weight etc.
I think basic guidelines are 1.5g/lb bodyweight. If bulking or on a low carb diet, bump it up to 2g/lb. If bulking AND on aas, I think 2.5g/lb would suffice.
