    300 grams protein

    I have read the post in the past about protein and how much you need a day. 300g or 1 grams per pound. I just wanted to know is that when your on jucie or just doing it natrual? Or is it all the same.

    300g = useless figure. why? cause it all depends on who you are, what you do, what you want to do, how much you weight etc.

    I think basic guidelines are 1.5g/lb bodyweight. If bulking or on a low carb diet, bump it up to 2g/lb. If bulking AND on aas, I think 2.5g/lb would suffice.
