calories how to up them cleanly????
how do i up my calories in a clean way ???? what foods are best ?? thanks guys......

Protein: Whole eggs, Steak, Salmon, Pork Chops, instead of Egg Whites or Tuna.
Healthy Fats: Natty PB, Flax oil, Hemp oil, Omega-3,6,9s.
Carbs: Oatmeal, more of it, Rice, more of it, Potatoes, bigger ones...
You see??
Just eat more clean foods that you are ALREADY eating and eating more 'clean' food shouldn't be much of a task at all.
