    i noticed these ingredients...sucrose..starch , glucose , lactose monohydrate WTF!!!!! why the hell would some1 put that shit in a multivitamin!!!?????
    probably raises slin levels rite?

    are you talking about a multivitamin pill? In that case the ammounts will be way to small to have a effect on slin levels

    just as fillers. Lactose is used in ALOT of pills as a filler

    without the filler it woulnt be a pill buy liquid multivitamins or those in capsules I dont think they have added lactose

    ooopps my bad...
    mm those liquid pills cost like 50 for a 2 week supply and the centrum is for free so ill go with it(centrum)...
    i love fillers...
