Difference between mono/poly fats
are both these EFA's required in the same quantity or is one more important that the other?
i have two types of oils i use with my pro/fat meals - one has an abundance of polyunsaturated fats and not many monounsaturated
and the other oil is the other way round - so i am currently using a mix of half and half
consequently i'm getting about the same of each

not all poly and mono saturated fats are EFA's. There is omega 6 fats both among the poly and monounsaturated fats. Omega 3 is only polyunsaturated. Omega 9 is as far as I know only monounsaturated.
To make sure you get everything just mix olive and flax oil and consume that. Olive oil is the best source of monounsaturated fats(maby with the exception of avacado) and flax oil the best source of polyunsaturated.
Hemp oil would also be ideal since it contains almost all EFA's in the perfect ratios.
