-include vegetables....stay away from broccoli cuz it lowers iodine
I EAT A LOT OF THEM, MOSTLY RAW TOMATOE AND CUCUMBER, DIDN'T KNOW THAT ABOUT BROCCOLI
absorption....which ur probably not getting alot of...
