    Cheat day problem

    I diet 6 days a week. I usually eat salads, turkey, tuna, egg whites.. stuff like that.

    but when my cheat day comes and i eat all sorts of food, i sord of feel weird. like sord of like an upset stomach in a way but not. like there is no pain or anything. its like a feeling like u might have to take a dump but u dont have to? anyone else experience this?

    Nothing to worry about, you're just not used to eating loads of sh!t foods anymore

    I think I pass throught that stage into the "**** I think my belly is gonna burst" stage to fast, so I wouldnt know

    i used to sh!t my brains out for two days after a cheat day...it's normal.

    chug down some fibers. Psllium or flax seeds betwen mealks and maby that will make you feel better. Works for me and makes me avoid the post cheat day upset stomach
