Does this sound viable ?? That when I eat carbs, like on a cheat day, the next day I have really bad wind ?? Feel bloated and such. Was thinking its from the carbs but if it is Ive only just realised. While Ive been dieting, I havent farted much while being on low carb.

Is this normal or does it maybe mean my body dont agree with them ? Do I need to not eat them much ? Maybe its just fast acting empty carbs thats the prob ??? who knows ??
