Curious about this...
Do you guys count the carbs from your PWO shake in your daily amounts?
I see some of you guys having like a 50/30/15 ratio for P/F/C and that would mean about 60g carbs for 2400 cal requirements...
Would you take in 60g PWO AND PPWO? Just curious how you guys with low carb macros for cutting handle PWO. Seems to me like you are not counting it towards your daily intake.
