    protein intake...

    rule of thumb is 1.5-2g per lb of body weight you are.... i know that...but is that lean body weight or your actually body weight including lbs of fat..i hav ebene doing lean body weight and im not sure if i can be making better improvements doing my full weight

    You will never be 100% sure unless you measure your oxygen cycle....i think it(Harris formula) can be anywhere from..15-30% off....Id rather be getting MORE protein than less protein......I do it full bodyweight neway...

    It's per lb. of LEAN BODYWEIGHT. (to support the muscle you have while having a bit extra to support the growth of new lean muscle tissue)
