I do my Cardio on Empty Stomach in the morning and some times i also do abs with weights, my usual breakfast meal is : 7 raw egg whites, 40 g whey, .5 cup oats.
my Q is should i add 40 g Dextrose since i worked out my abs with weights?!1![]()
