Ementaler (sp?) cheese
Can I use it for a pro fat meal?
I see its mostly protein and sat fat...
How much would I add to protein shake (containing 24 g of prot) to slow down absorption and for the puropse of the fat being used as energy and prot for building muscle?
There are the values for "SWISS CHEESE" - I'm not sure if thats the same thing
