Well, tomorrows the big day for me. Starting a 16 week cutting program and I just ate like a friggen pig in anticipation of a rough road ahead of me.
You guys would be disgusted if you saw what I ate but I just said fukk it! I have to get this out of my system before tomorrow. Started the day with eggs benedict and finished it with Pad Thai noodles a pint of Stella and then a soft ice cream cone. I feel full and bloated now but that's okay, I'm not going to feel guilty.
