    Exclamation Solid Musle Whey Protein

Currently my girlfriend has been using a little of my Optnimium Nutrition Portein after workouts. In less than a month she heads back to school, and was looking for a protein supplement that she could also use as a meal replacement. She is looking not to bulk up off this product but to help her use this as a meal/dietary replacement. She is 5'9 125 and in good shape, would you suggest this product as a good protein supplement to also diuble as a meal replacement? Thank for any response I may get.

I think this amount wont do ne harm but i am obssesed with that shit...
try an isolate/casein mix with fiber caps , fat or carbs...

I just put my chicken , green beans , olive oil or soybeans in a blender and drink every 3 hours....Doesnt taste that bad really....

but i think its ok really 2 grams is nothing...but as i said i freak out at that shit.....
    good luck

I'v eused it before and liked it. I'm now using Optimum, but Sold is cheaper and I have no complaints about it.

Not sure on the meal replacement part. But I suggest evopro to girls a lot for a protein supplement. Tropical fusion is the best flavor IMO. Just tell her to eat real food.

    Nutritional info for evopro-

Solid Whey Chocolate tastes awesome, and mixes easier than any protein I've ever used.

I'm serious, I can literally like just look at it and threaten the f*ckin' glass, and it mixes.

    Very easy.

I don't recomend whey, unless you plan on using it after your workouts.
As a meal replacement during the day or before going to bed I would recomend a sustained release protein like Syntrax Matrix 5.0.

Whey is too fast acting. Even is you slow down the absorbtion with fat...I still think it is too fast acting.
