Hey bros, I've been cutting since march, things went well. Did an 8 week cycle of Var and clen, results were alright but nothing spectacular. Im getting sick of not being able to enjoy my summer also of having to eat the same foods over and over. So i figure its time for a change. Im just looking for opinions on this plan i've put together....any changes needed...Im looking to add some quality pounds by the time next april rolls around. So here it goes....
Meal 1:
8 egg white
1 c oats with whey
half c 1% cottage cheese
1 c 1% milk
Meal 2:
4 tbls PB
whey shake with 10g creatine
Meal 3:
Chicken or Turkey
1 c cooked brown rice
mixed salad with italian dressing
Meal 4:
2 hard boiled eggs
almonds/pistacio's mixed
deit pepsi
PWO:
Whey with 80g dex or smarties
PPWO:
Chicken/Turkey
1.5 c oats or brown rice
Before bed:
half c 1% cottage cheese
whey shake with 10g glutamine
My cheats will be most likely a meal friday and saturday nights
any input would be awesome, im open to an new ideas/recepies that will spice things up a lil!...thanks guys
